This page explains how information submitted to the OYD help desk at help.oyd.app is used. It is adapted from Payfrit's existing privacy page for the support service.
When you open a support ticket, we receive your name, email address, message, and any files you choose to attach. Replies and account details you provide become part of the support record. The service also records technical information needed to operate and protect the site, such as IP addresses and access logs.
We use this information to answer requests, troubleshoot issues, keep a history of the conversation, and protect the help desk from abuse. Please avoid sending passwords, payment card numbers, or sensitive personal records in a ticket.
Authorized support staff can access tickets. Service providers that host or deliver the help desk may process information to run it. We may disclose information when required by law or to protect the service and its users.
Support records are kept as needed to resolve requests, maintain service history, and meet legal or operational obligations. You may request access, correction, or deletion by opening a ticket at help.oyd.app. Some records may need to be retained where required by law or for security.
We use HTTPS and access controls to protect support information. No online service can guarantee absolute security.
For a practical description of ticket handling, see the Data Handling page.
